Bases XXXIX Contest of “Chirigotas and Comparsas”
Friday February 24, after the costume contest “Carnival Museum”.
Venue: Carnival Palace (CERE).
- All groups or clubs that wish to take part may take part, provided they have a minimum of 10 members. The number of groups is limited to a maximum of 7. The order of the performances will be in charge of the organization.
- The performance of each group may not exceed 20 minutes.
- The jury will take into account punctuality and non-interference in the proper development of the contest.
- Participants will register the week before the Contest is held, sending 3 copies of the lyrics to be interpreted to the Casa de Cultura, calle Perlerines, 26 de Miguelturra.
- Awards:
1st Prize: 600 euros sponsored by the Miguelturra City Council
2nd Prize: 450 euros sponsored by the Miguelturra City Council
3rd Prize: 400 euros sponsored by Distri Sacra
4th Prize: 250 euros sponsored by the Miguelturra City Council
5th Prize: 200 euros sponsored by the Miguelturra City Council - During the contest, a competent jury, will fail the prize.
