The comparsa La Victoria de Puertollano, first prize in the Chirigotas and Comparsas Contest

Once the Carnival Museum Costume Contest ended, the Chirigotas and Comparsas Contest of the Miguelturra Carnival 2023 began in its thirty-ninth edition.

The picaresque, the jokes and especially in this electoral year, the criticism of both national, regional and local politicians.

Awards:

1st Prize 600 euros, Comparsa La Victoria of Puertollano

2nd Prize 450 euros, Los Flamencos del Barranco of Torralba de Calatrava

3rd Prize 400 euros, Peña Los Cansaliebres of Miguelturra

4th Prize 250 euros, La Kanalla of Herencia

All the prizes have been sponsored by the Miguelturra City Council with the exception of the third prize sponsored by Distri Sacra.
