A Proclamation that tastes like Glory

Gloria Albalate announces the Miguelturra Carnival 2023

It is already carnival, we are already partying and finally, without restrictions.

Gloria Albalate, kicks off the most popular and traditional festival in Miguelturra, the Carnivales, festival declared of National Tourist Interest.

As usual, a full house at the Carnival Palace to witness a proclamation that this year has tasted glorious.

A proclamation, which was attended by the mayor of the town Laura Arriaga, the councilor for Festejos, Diego Rodríguez, members of the Municipal Corporation, the vice-counselor for Culture of the Castilla-La Mancha Community Board, Ana Muñoz, vice-president from the Ciudad Real Provincial Council, María Jesús Villaverde, Culture delegate, José Caro, President of the Peñas Association, Raúl Domínguez, King of Carnival, Serafín Delgado, Major Masks 2022, Gloria Cruz and Antonio Gómez, who will be Major Masks than 2023, José Luis Rivas, Encarni Sánchez, Leandro Arévalo and Charo López, as well as members of the local Peñas.

Gloria Albalate has not left us indifferent with a proclamation full of nods to the different figures that make up our carnival and the importance of their traditions.

With a lot of humor and with the complicity of ‘Currichi’ son, from Piedrabuena, he has managed to dazzle the audience and start these 2023 carnivals off on the right foot.

Thank you very much, Gloria.
