Organized by the Pe\u00f1a Los Rocheros<\/h4>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-madpe687-561dc1f60a141454c16fcb9e04f43d1e '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Participants can register at the Carnival Palace (CERE) up to half an hour before the competition, which will take place at 12:30 p.m. No person under the age of 18 may register.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Each participant will be given a bottle of oil for every two modalities presented and one more bottle for roscapi\u00f1a.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Each contestant will present a plate with 6 units of each of the two specialities for which he or she is competing: borrachuelas, flowers, wafers and doughnuts. Only those contestants who attend personally providing name, surname and ID will be admitted, registration through third parties will not be accepted.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The following prizes are awarded:<br \/>\n1st and 2nd for Roscapi\u00f1a<br \/>\n1st and 2nd for Flores<br \/>\n1st and 2nd for Barquillos<br \/>\n1st and 2nd for Rosquillas<br \/>\n1st and 2nd for Borrachuelas <\/p>\n<p>The first prizes will be sponsored by the local Natural Chef Cooking School, with two cooking courses, valued at 70 euros each.
