The contest will consist of 15 places.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Participating owners will be valued if they dress up in the same or the same theme as their pet. In case of bringing your own music for the staging, you must bring it on a flash drive.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The owners will be solely responsible for any altercation that their pet may cause. The owners are obliged to have the necessary means to collect the droppings of their animals and keep the place of the contest clean.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Participants must be there 15 minutes before the start of the contest to verify that the requirements are met and provide documentation if necessary (veterinary card, and for all short leashes). Any participant who the organization deems to be any type of animal abuse will be disqualified.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The jury will be made up of qualified and knowledgeable people on the subject. It will be taken into account when scoring: the presence, the preparation of the design, the fantasy and the friendliness of the costume.
