Onda Cero and Toyota Ciudad Real sponsored the performance. <\/p>\n<h4>Start of the Miguelturra Pre-Carnival<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Churriego Pre-Carnival begins with a performance by the Cadiz-based comparsa &#8220;Los Esclavos&#8221; (The Slaves) led by Miguel \u00c1ngel Garc\u00eda Arg\u00fcez &#8220;El Chapa&#8221; and music by Ra\u00fal Cabrera Fern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once again, the Carnival Palace was packed, this time to enjoy the comparsa that won second place at the 2023 C\u00e1diz COAC. They offered us a repertoire comprised of their performance at the 2023 C\u00e1diz contest and the best of the anthology of Chapa and the sadly deceased Juan Carlos Arag\u00f3n. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Both the Town Council of Miguelturra and the Pe\u00f1a Los Cansaliebres, thanked the group for their visit and presented them with a commemorative pottery of the Carnival of Miguelturra.<\/p>\n<h4>An emotional ending<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The finale was extremely moving. The Comparsa Los Esclavos and the Pe\u00f1a los Cansaliebres performed Juan Carlos Arag\u00f3n&#8217;s Credo.
