It should be remembered that in the morning, Javier received the Alhigu\u00ed de Honor of the Carnival 2023 as National Ambassador.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ruiz Mart\u00ednez was born in Ciudad Real in 1976 and his career has always been closely linked to Onda Cero. He is head of the news services of Onda Cero Castilla-La Mancha, as well as director and presenter of the programmes Castilla-La Mancha en la Onda and la Br\u00fajula de Castilla-La Mancha.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He has also participated in programmes such as La Terraza, Herrera en la Onda and Julia en la Onda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This is the first time in the history of the Churriego carnival that the next year&#8217;s town crier is known during the carnival celebration.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><div  class='flex_column
