This renewal maintains the remaining members of the previous board of directors, composed of Alberto Soria Mart\u00edn de Lucia (Vice President), Jes\u00fas Mu\u00f1oz Palmero (Secretary), and Esther G\u00f3mez Corral (Treasurer). Arantxa Naranjo Ruiz joins this new board of directors, assuming the position of Secretary of Communications and Traditions.  <\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">On December 19, 1981, the statutes were registered and it was legally constituted under the name of the Cultural Association &#8220;Carnival Pe\u00f1as&#8221;.<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The history of this emblematic association, whose first governing body was established on February 21, 1980, is and has been fundamental in the organization and promotion of the Miguelturre\u00f1o carnival.<\/p>\n<p>The Pe\u00f1as Association has a long history of presidents who have promoted this popular festival since its inception.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Antonio Vallejo Cisneros (since its constitution until 1984)<\/li>\n<li>Joaqu\u00edn Gonz\u00e1lez Le\u00f3n (1984-1986)<\/li>\n<li>Marcial Gonz\u00e1lez Rivero (1986-1989)<\/li>\n<li>\u00c1ngel Ar\u00e9valo Chocano (1989-1994)<\/li>\n<li>Seraf\u00edn Delgado Mart\u00edn (1994-2014)<\/li>\n<li>Jos\u00e9 Hornero Gamito (2014-2016)<\/li>\n<li>Ra\u00fal Dom\u00ednguez Donate (2016-2025).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Diego Rodr\u00edguez will be the eighth president of the Pe\u00f1as Association<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diego Rodr\u00edguez Tercero belongs to the Pe\u00f1a La Cabra and will bring his experience as the Miguelturra Town Council&#8217;s Councilor for Festivals between 2016 and 2023 to the association. During this time, he collaborated closely with the previous board of directors on numerous projects and activities supporting the carnival.
