With the nougat still unprepared and the embers of the Purísima bonfires still glowing, the Pre-Carnival of Migueltura has arrived.

On the evening of Saturday, December 13, the PreCarnival Churriego began at the Carnival Palace, which was practically full to witness the performance of the Cadiz natives from ‘Otro Barrio’.

Organized by the Peña Los Cansaliebres and sponsored by the Miguelturra City Council, the Provincial Council of Ciudad Real, Onda Cero Ciudad Real and Toyota Ciudad Real, the Pre-Carnival of Miguelturra began.

A very early Pre-Carnival

The comparsa “Los del Otro Barrio” from “Piru y Tomate” managed to connect with the audience, who were able to enjoy the comparsa that won the third prize of the COAC 2025.
