Rules for the 35th “Murgas and Chirigotas” Contest of the Miguelturra Carnival 2018

Friday February 16, after the Costumes contest “Carnival Museum”. The act will be presented by the Municipal Radio Station

  1. All groups or clubs that wish to take part may take part, provided they have a minimum of 10 members.
  2. The performance of each group may not exceed 20 minutes.
  3. The jury will take into account punctuality and non-interference in the proper development of the contest.
  4. Participants will register the week before the Contest is held, sending 3 copies of the lyrics to be interpreted to the Casa de Cultura, calle Perlerines, 26 de Miguelturra.
  5. Prizes:
    1st: 600 euros
    2nd: 500 euros
    3rd: 400 euros
    4th: 250 euros
    5th: 150 euros
    All prizes are sponsored by the Miguelturra City Council
  6. During the contest, a competent jury, will fail the prize.
