Venue: Doctor Fleming Park

1. The objective of this contest is the exhibition of animals in costume accompanied by their owners.
2. To participate, you must register at the Casa de la Cultura by February 9th, providing the owner’s name, the pet’s name, and the title of the theme they represent. The contest will consist of 20 seats.
   *If there are still places available, from February 9th until 1:00 PM on February 12th, registration will be done through Facebook: Kapikua Miguelturra (via private message).
3. Any animal of any breed, species, or size (dogs, chickens, horses, cats, goats, rabbits, etc.) may participate.

4. Participating owners will be valued if they dress up in the same or the same theme as their pet.

5. Owners will be solely responsible for any disturbances their animals may cause.
   Owners are required to have the necessary means to pick up their animals’ droppings and keep the competition area clean.
6. Participants must arrive 15 minutes before the start of the competition to verify compliance and provide documentation if necessary (dogs and cats: veterinary card, and for all others: short leash).
7. Participants who the organization deems to be engaging in any type of animal abuse will be disqualified.
8. The jury will be made up of qualified and knowledgeable people on the subject. The appearance, design, imagination, and attractiveness of the costume will be taken into account when scoring. The jury’s decision will be unappealable.

9. AWARDS:

   1st, 2nd, and 3rd place: €50 vouchers sponsored by Miguelturra City Council and redeemable at DIDÍ or Simbiosis.
   4th, 5th, and 6th place: 15kg bags of animal feed (valued at €45), sponsored and redeemable at Simbiosis.
   7th, 8th, and 9th place: 3kg bags of animal feed (valued at €12), sponsored and redeemable at Simbiosis.
   SPECIAL PRIZE: €45 voucher for the best costume among those made from recycled materials (cartons, bottles, bottle caps, cardboard, etc.), sponsored and redeemable at DIDÍ.
   *No prize may be awarded.

10. Participation in the contest will imply full acceptance of all the bases.
