At 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 27, 2025, the Special Carnival Concert began. The concert was prepared by the students and faculty of the Miguelturra Music School as a prelude to the 2025 Miguelturra Carnival.

Our Festival of National Tourist Interest invades every corner of the Churriega town, and carnival melodies also reached the House of Culture. A concert took place here, featuring more than 40 students from the Music School.

The concert was presided over by Bernardino Martínez, the 2025 Mayor Mask, who will be inaugurated in 48 hours at a Carnival Palace already awaiting his arrival.

The concert’s repertoire was extremely varied, from the opening Carnival Carnival that welcomed us to numerous soundtrack excerpts and other compositions of all kinds. Rounding out the performance was the Oboe and English Horn Group from the Miguelturra Music School, an ensemble directed and coordinated by Professor Clara Lafuente García.
