Friday night brought the Miguelturra Carnival to a head, and once the Carnival Museum Costume Competition concluded, the 2025 Chirigotas and Comparsas Contest began. This was the forty-first edition, with a total of five participating groups.

The participating groups were Los Lolailos from Herrera del Duque (Badajoz), La Kanalla from Herencia, Flauti-Flauti Theatre from Miguelturra, The Flamencos from the Barranco de Torralba de Calatrava and the Peña Los Cansaliebres from Miguelturra.

Criticism and satire at the local and national levels graced the stage of this Carnival Palace during a night of live music that provided a great time for all the attendees who packed the venue.

Awards:

1st Prize sponsored by the Peña Los Cansalibres, 800 euros, The Flamencos Ravine of the Torralba de Calatrava.

2nd Prize sponsored by Nissan, 600 euros, Peña Los Cansalibres of the Miguelturra.

3rd Prize sponsored by ITV Miguelturra, 500 euros, La Kanalla of the Herencia.
