Inclement weather has never been a cause for fear at the Miguelturra Carnival, as its masks, groups, and bands have once again demonstrated. Carnival Street saw another masked gathering, starting at 7:30 p.m. near City Hall.

The procession was led by the 2025 Major Masks, Berna and Esther, and the 2024 Major Masks: Rafa and M.ª Luisa. Along with them, representatives from the Miguelturra City Council with Carmen Mohíno and from the Cultural Association of Peñas with Raúl Domínguez. In addition, in this context, various clubs have celebrated their special day: El Puntillo, Máscaras Mayores, La Cabra, and Ateneo Cultural. The music has been provided by bands such as Kata Pun Chimpún, El Bufón and Los Desmadraos.

And Carnival Monday doesn’t end there, as the party continues at the Carnival Palace with Disco Light Carnavalera, before a night of DJ entertainment. Meanwhile, at the Workers’ Center we will have the Stylo Trio and their VII Street Mask Competition.
